I just want to say thank you for everything you do to keep us going. I had an experience this morning with a technical person that made me appreciate you all even more than usual. None of you ever rattle things off in technical terms and assume that I understand what you are talking about. Thank you for patience in explaining things and for your expertise and for keeping us up and running. I’ve said it before but I wouldn’t want to do this job without you!
